On the territory of our enterprise, a meeting was held with representatives of Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen (MR) and Alageum Electric.

On March 5, 2026, a working meeting was held on the territory of our enterprise with a delegation from Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen (MR), a global expert in “smart” solutions for power transformers, as well as with representatives of Alageum Electric, a company specializing in the production of power transformers for high- and medium-voltage energy facilities. The visit was organized with the support of the Trade Representative of the Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan (NCE “Atameken”) in Turkmenistan, Ali Berkinbai Serikuly. During the meeting, the parties held mutual presentations. On our side, we presented the main areas of the company’s activities, our product line, ongoing projects and development plans. Particular emphasis was placed on our competencies in the production and modernization of equipment for the energy sector, as well as on our capabilities to implement turnkey integrated projects. Representatives of Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen (MR) showcased solutions for the digitalization and increased reliability of power transformers. They presented modern monitoring systems, real-time diagnostics, protection and control devices that make it possible to extend transformer service life, reduce operating costs and improve the overall efficiency of power systems. Alageum Electric presented its developments in the field of power transformers for substations and power grids, and spoke about completed projects and the company’s technological capabilities. Potential formats of cooperation in projects for the modernization and construction of energy infrastructure were discussed. Among other things, the possibility of localizing part of the production processes on the basis of our enterprise was raised. The partners expressed their interest in further discussing this area. An overview tour of the production facilities formed a separate part of the program. The guests visited key workshops and infrastructure of our enterprise and highly appreciated the scale of production, the level of equipment, the organization of processes and the diversity of the company’s business areas. It was noted that such a production base creates favorable prerequisites for expanding cooperation and implementing joint projects at both the national and international levels. The visit of representatives of Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen (MR) and Alageum Electric, organized with the support of the Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan, became an important step towards building long-term bilateral cooperation. The agreements reached provide a basis for further deepening of the partnership and for the implementation of joint initiatives aimed at developing a modern and reliable energy infrastructure.
