Delegation from Croatia Visited the “Aýdyň Gijeler” Enterprise
On October 8, 2025, the “Aýdyň Gijeler” Economic Society had the honor of welcoming a delegation of businessmen and entrepreneurs from the Republic of Croatia, who arrived in Turkmenistan as part of the official visit of the Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs. The purpose of their visit was to strengthen trade and economic relations and to explore new opportunities for partnership between the two countries. During the visit, the Croatian guests were introduced in detail to the company’s activities and production capabilities. The delegation toured all the main workshops of the enterprise, gaining insight into the complete production process — from design and component manufacturing to the assembly of finished products. The guests visited facilities for the production of cable products, lighting poles, traffic lights, road signs, and other elements of urban infrastructure, bank and SIM cards, as well as electronic devices such as televisions, tablets, and all-in-one computers. The visitors expressed admiration for the company’s high level of technological development, advanced equipment, and the precision maintained throughout all stages of production. They also highlighted the company’s success in import substitution, innovation, and the implementation of environmentally responsible manufacturing solutions. Constructive discussions were held during the visit, focusing on potential areas of cooperation, technology exchange, and joint industrial and electronic projects. The management of “Aýdyň Gijeler” expressed sincere appreciation for the visit and emphasized the company’s commitment to expanding international cooperation. Such meetings, they noted, play an important role in building strong business relationships and promoting mutually beneficial partnerships. The visit of the Croatian delegation once again underlined the growing international interest in Turkmenistan’s industrial potential and the achievements of domestic manufacturers.
