Educational Visit of Students from the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas to "Aýdyň Gijeler"
From July 7 to July 10, 2025, the enterprise “Aýdyň Gijeler” warmly welcomed first- and second-year students from the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas. As part of an introductory tour, the future engineers and technical specialists visited several key production departments of our enterprise. Throughout the visit, the students showed a strong interest in innovative technologies, attentively observed the manufacturing processes, asked in-depth questions, and enthusiastically discussed the prospects for the development of domestic industry. Accompanied by the company’s specialists, the students visited the following sections: • The traffic light and road sign production workshop, where they learned about the stages of assembling, configuring, and testing light-signal equipment used nationwide. • The aluminum workshop, where they observed the casting and processing of aluminum components used in various production areas. • The electronics workshop, where students followed the production of televisions, air conditioners, monoblocks, and laptops, with particular focus on the assembly process and quality control. • The banking and SIM card production workshop, where they learned about the technological processes behind high-precision plastic card manufacturing for banking and telecommunications. • The chrome plating facility, which demonstrated the application of decorative and protective coatings that enhance both durability and visual appeal. • The cable production workshop, where students explored the full cycle of copper and aluminum cable manufacturing — from raw material preparation to packaging of the finished products. Each visit was accompanied by detailed explanations from our specialists, who willingly shared their expertise and answered numerous student questions. Special attention was given to environmental and technological standards, modern equipment, and the importance of import substitution in the development of Turkmenistan's economy. We are pleased to support young people's interest in industry and technical professions and to contribute to the training of future professionals. We hope this visit became an important step in their professional development and an inspiration for their continued education.
